Meta-ordinal theory applies Metaweb Theory, which states that all existing addressable places, objects, and artifacts--virtual, physical, or phygital--have a meta-address, to Bitcoin. In Meta-ordinals theory, Bitcoin's digital artifacts--think inscriptions, satoshis, blocks, even bitmaps--have a virtual twin that can be thought of as above in a meta-layer above the Bitcoin chain. In reality, the meta-address is located near enough to the address and can always also be available whenever the original address is visible. The use cases are endless.
